Deliberately harder than an NBME
This is on purpose. The question stems are written at real-exam length — noticeably longer than NBME stems — and the difficulty is tuned above the NBME forms. If your practice is harder than the real thing, the real thing feels like a downhill run.
Why it matters: students who only see NBME-length questions get shocked by the reading load on exam day. Train heavy, race light.
The report — exactly how strong you are
When you finish, you get a full performance report:
- Your overall score — your real raw percentage, straight up.
- System-by-system breakdown — exactly which organ systems are strong and which are costing you points, so your next two weeks plan themselves.
- An honest verdict on how likely you are to pass — calibrated against how our questions compare to the NBMEs.

Assessment 2 under exam conditions — one sitting, timed blocks, breaks like the real day.
